Christmas times are here once more and the cheerful mood of this holiday spirit unavoidable. Decorations, songs, traditions and of course the big bearded man we all have learned to love and fear. What about Modern Warfare 2? As far as I understood, it shattered sales records(4.7 million units in first 24 hours). As far as I am reading, it appears the PS2 and Gamecube versions by 2007 were around 3.6 million for RE4. This leaves MW2 over a million copies ahead for the 24 hour total vs the other consoles that RE4 was on, nevermind the copies of MW2 that were sold for the rest of the year.
Not sure if wii sports should even be on this list as people were buying the console in that case. Since wii’s throw in was included, maybe one needs to start calculating all the Halo 3 units that went with the xbox consoles as well as separate.
